Across TCGA patient cohorts, METAP2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,148 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METAP2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, RNA 3'-end processing, and Regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process. Each is linked with METAP2P1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METAP2P1-to-partner and partner-to-METAP2P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II grouped by METAP2P1-low versus METAP2P1-high in STAD.
