METAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,253 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCYL2, UBAP2L, and PPP1R10. Each is linked with METAP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METAP2-to-partner and partner-to-METAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METAP2 versus SCYL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→METAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
