Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,604 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR1, CEACAM3, and CXCR2. Each is linked with METAP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METAP2-to-partner and partner-to-METAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METAP2 versus CXCR1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→METAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
