METAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,979 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2G2, OR51F3P, and UQCRBP2. Each is linked with METAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METAP2-to-partner and partner-to-METAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2G2 grouped by METAP2-low versus METAP2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→METAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
