METAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,706 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLDIP3, MORC2, and WIZ. Each is linked with METAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METAP1-to-partner and partner-to-METAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METAP1 versus POLDIP3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→METAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
