Across TCGA cell cohorts, METAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,954 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic nuclear division, Meiotic chromosome condensation, and Protein localization to condensed chromosome. Each is linked with METAP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METAP1-to-partner and partner-to-METAP1 results are reported.
