Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEST RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,360 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MEST-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM21, GTF2I, and PARP4. Each is linked with MEST in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEST-to-partner and partner-to-MEST results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEST versus TRIM21 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEST→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
