MESD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MESD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,714 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MESD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FBXO22, IGF1R, and RCN2. Each is linked with MESD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MESD-to-partner and partner-to-MESD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MESD versus FBXO22 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MESD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MESD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
