Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MESD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,242 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MESD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPK2, MAL2, and SMURF1. Each is linked with MESD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MESD-to-partner and partner-to-MESD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MESD versus SRPK2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.21.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MESD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MESD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
