MESD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MESD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MESD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDGA2, FANCD2OS, and UCMA. Each is linked with MESD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MESD-to-partner and partner-to-MESD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MDGA2 grouped by MESD-low versus MESD-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MESD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MESD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
