MERTK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MERTK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,852 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MERTK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GMIP, ITGAX, and LCP2. Each is linked with MERTK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MERTK-to-partner and partner-to-MERTK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MERTK versus GMIP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MERTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MERTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
