Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MERTK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,175 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MERTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTRAFP1, ADORA3, and MKNK1. Each is linked with MERTK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MERTK-to-partner and partner-to-MERTK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MERTK versus RTRAFP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MERTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MERTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
