Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MERTK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,925 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MERTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CWC27, LEO1, and SAAL1. Each is linked with MERTK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MERTK-to-partner and partner-to-MERTK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CWC27 grouped by MERTK-low versus MERTK-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MERTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MERTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
