MERTK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MERTK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 802 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MERTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC1, H2AC1, and FIGLA. Each is linked with MERTK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MERTK-to-partner and partner-to-MERTK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BC1 grouped by MERTK-low versus MERTK-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MERTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MERTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
