MEP1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEP1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,299 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEP1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARVG, PIP4K2A, and SAMSN1_S107. Each is linked with MEP1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEP1A-to-partner and partner-to-MEP1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEP1A versus PARVG in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
