Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEP1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,940 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MEP1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC9B, CDHR5, and GGT1. Each is linked with MEP1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEP1A-to-partner and partner-to-MEP1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEP1A versus TTC9B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
