MEP1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEP1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEP1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, HER2, and MYH11. Each is linked with MEP1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEP1A-to-partner and partner-to-MEP1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by MEP1A-low versus MEP1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
