Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEP1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,451 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEP1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, Regulation of RNA stability, and Regulation of mRNA stability. Each is linked with MEP1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEP1A-to-partner and partner-to-MEP1A results are reported.
