MEP1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEP1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 108 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEP1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHCBP1L, HHLA1, and ASZ1. Each is linked with MEP1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEP1A-to-partner and partner-to-MEP1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SHCBP1L grouped by MEP1A-low versus MEP1A-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
