MEOX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEOX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,758 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEOX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHD2, CLIC2, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with MEOX1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEOX1-to-partner and partner-to-MEOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEOX1 versus EHD2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
