MEOX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEOX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,062 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMK, NFYB, and DRAM1. Each is linked with MEOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEOX1-to-partner and partner-to-MEOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEOX1 versus GZMK in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
