MEOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 128 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R9, TRAJ7, and UBTFL11. Each is linked with MEOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEOX1-to-partner and partner-to-MEOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R9 grouped by MEOX1-low versus MEOX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
