MEOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CELA1, OR10T2, and PRAMEF10. Each is linked with MEOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEOX1-to-partner and partner-to-MEOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CELA1 grouped by MEOX1-low versus MEOX1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
