Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,294 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MEN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCAI, ZNF507, and TTC28-AS1. Each is linked with MEN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEN1-to-partner and partner-to-MEN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEN1 versus SCAI in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
