MEN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,312 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-425P, IGHD3-16, and RN7SL584P. Each is linked with MEN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEN1-to-partner and partner-to-MEN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-425P grouped by MEN1-low versus MEN1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
