MEN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB3A2, OR10H5, and COPRS. Each is linked with MEN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEN1-to-partner and partner-to-MEN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB3A2 grouped by MEN1-low versus MEN1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
