MEMO1P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEMO1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,672 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEMO1P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STX12, PEA15_S116, and QKI. Each is linked with MEMO1P3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEMO1P3-to-partner and partner-to-MEMO1P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEMO1P3 versus STX12 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEMO1P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEMO1P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
