MEMO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEMO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,167 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEMO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFR, GMPPA, and SPAST. Each is linked with MEMO1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEMO1-to-partner and partner-to-MEMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEMO1 versus ZFR in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
