MEMO1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEMO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,735 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM184A, S100A11, and CREBL2. Each is linked with MEMO1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEMO1-to-partner and partner-to-MEMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEMO1 versus FAM184A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
