Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MELK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,097 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MELK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-597P, MIR527, and NF1P3. Each is linked with MELK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MELK-to-partner and partner-to-MELK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-597P grouped by MELK-low versus MELK-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MELK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MELK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
