MELK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MELK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MELK-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOA4, ARGFX, and TPPP2. Each is linked with MELK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MELK-to-partner and partner-to-MELK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOA4 grouped by MELK-low versus MELK-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MELK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MELK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
