MEIS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEIS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,513 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DACT3, ARHGEF25, and NLGN2. Each is linked with MEIS3 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIS3-to-partner and partner-to-MEIS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEIS3 versus DACT3 in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEIS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEIS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
