MEIS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEIS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,928 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINF1, SGCD, and ANGPTL2. Each is linked with MEIS3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIS3-to-partner and partner-to-MEIS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEIS3 versus SERPINF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEIS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEIS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
