MEIS3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEIS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 537 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASEH2A, KLK14, and TPBG. Each is linked with MEIS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIS3-to-partner and partner-to-MEIS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEIS3 versus RNASEH2A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.92.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEIS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEIS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
