MEIS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEIS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYT10, MYL1, and CETN1. Each is linked with MEIS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIS3-to-partner and partner-to-MEIS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYT10 grouped by MEIS3-low versus MEIS3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEIS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEIS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
