MEIS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEIS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,549 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MEIS1_S196, PBX1, and PRKG1. Each is linked with MEIS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIS1-to-partner and partner-to-MEIS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEIS1 versus MEIS1_S196 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEIS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEIS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
