MEIS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEIS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,778 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEIS1-AS2, MEIS1-AS3, and DNMT3AP1. Each is linked with MEIS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIS1-to-partner and partner-to-MEIS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEIS1 versus MEIS1-AS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEIS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEIS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
