MEIS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEIS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,854 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGN2P26, TACC3, and ABCG2. Each is linked with MEIS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIS1-to-partner and partner-to-MEIS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGN2P26 grouped by MEIS1-low versus MEIS1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEIS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEIS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
