Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEIS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,319 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Cytoplasmic translation, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with MEIS1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIS1-to-partner and partner-to-MEIS1 results are reported.
