MEIS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEIS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 594 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1M1, KRTAP4-4, and OR10K1. Each is linked with MEIS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIS1-to-partner and partner-to-MEIS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1M1 grouped by MEIS1-low versus MEIS1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEIS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEIS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
