Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEIOSIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 705 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIOSIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Potassium ion transmembrane transport, Inorganic cation import across plasma membrane, and Inorganic ion import across plasma membrane. Each is linked with MEIOSIN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIOSIN-to-partner and partner-to-MEIOSIN results are reported.
