MEIOC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEIOC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,960 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIOC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLRG1, PNN, and BUB3. Each is linked with MEIOC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIOC-to-partner and partner-to-MEIOC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEIOC versus PLRG1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEIOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEIOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
