Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEIOC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 461 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MEIOC-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAPLN, PCIF1, and CAB39L. Each is linked with MEIOC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIOC-to-partner and partner-to-MEIOC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEIOC versus PAPLN in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEIOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEIOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
