MEIOC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEIOC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,840 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIOC-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR1B1P3, HNRNPA1P63, and LINC01029. Each is linked with MEIOC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIOC-to-partner and partner-to-MEIOC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AKR1B1P3 grouped by MEIOC-low versus MEIOC-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEIOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEIOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
