MEIKIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEIKIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 117 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIKIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA6, CCNF, and PCDHGB4. Each is linked with MEIKIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIKIN-to-partner and partner-to-MEIKIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA6 grouped by MEIKIN-low versus MEIKIN-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEIKIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEIKIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
