MEI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 269 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALP, UGT2B28, and GRM6. Each is linked with MEI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEI1-to-partner and partner-to-MEI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALP grouped by MEI1-low versus MEI1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
