MEGF9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEGF9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEGF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and p21. Each is linked with MEGF9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEGF9-to-partner and partner-to-MEGF9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by MEGF9-low versus MEGF9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEGF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEGF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
