Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEGF9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,517 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MEGF9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, Protein polyubiquitination, and Response to vitamin E. Each is linked with MEGF9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEGF9-to-partner and partner-to-MEGF9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair grouped by MEGF9-low versus MEGF9-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
