MEGF8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEGF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,119 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEGF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGP1, PRRC2B, and CCDC97. Each is linked with MEGF8 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEGF8-to-partner and partner-to-MEGF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEGF8 versus RGP1 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEGF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEGF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
