Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEGF8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,195 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEGF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CADM4, ATP7B, and DNAJC18. Each is linked with MEGF8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEGF8-to-partner and partner-to-MEGF8 results are reported.
